All items are covered by consumer guarantees as outlined by New Zealand law.

On top of this koolkegz.com has warranties against any manufacturing faults for up to 10 years.

Stainless steel products (kegs, spears, disconnects) are covered for 10 years. This excludes consumable parts like o-rings and seals however we provide free spares of those with your purchase.

Regulators, plastic connections and parts are covered for 3 years.

We do everything we can to ensure you gear is spot on when you get it. We have excellent quality control in place, we test all our regulators personally before sending them but sometimes things happen outside our control or an item is missed in packing.

If something is missing from your order or there is a manufacturing fault with an item (our warranty does not cover breakages caused by not following instruction manuals and warnings)  we will get it fixed as soon as possible.
